    Enjoy that yummy spinach pie Greek pastry, Spanakopita, in a Pizza.  Adding this pizza to your recipe bank will come in handy for a veggie pizza with awesome flavors that we know just works! Spinach and feta are a fave for us.  If you’re not up to making the traditional spinach pie, then go for a straightforward, easy pizza making experience for the whole family. Many of us have enjoyed a spinach and white sauce pizza before. But, this pizza celebrates that savory, yummy flavor profile of a Spanakopita. We like that! Great way to eat your spinach, too. This pizza recipe comes from Foodista and it’s as straightforward as they come. Just layer those ingredients onto the pizza crust and bake.  Done.  Awesome.


    • 1/2 cup frozen and thawed Spinach
    • 1/2 cup Feta Cheese
    • 1/4 cup Golden Raisins
    • 1/4 cup Pine Nuts
    • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese
    • 1/2 cup Tomato Sauce
    • 1 recipe Pizza Crust

    ***Use any recipe for making your own pizza crust OR grab a premade pizza crust. Your preference.

    Make It:

    1. Preheat oven 350 degrees, F.
    2. Thaw and squeeze excess liquid from frozen Spinach.
    3. Place sauce, spinach, raisins, pine nuts, mozzarella and feta cheese onto pizza crust.
    4. Bake 20-25 minutes.

    Super easy! We think that trying this pizza on a flatbread would be delicious.  Grab a garlic flavored flatbread in a package of 2 and make some personal size Spanakopita pizzas. YUM!
